What are tokens?
Tokens are units of AI interaction. Each conversation with a customer uses tokens. Your baseline covers typical usage, and you only pay extra if you exceed it.
How is the 2% conversion fee calculated?
We only charge 2% on sales that Bubl directly helped convert. If a customer interacts with Bubl and completes a purchase within their session, that's a converted sale. No Bubl interaction = no fee.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely! You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my token baseline?
You'll automatically get additional tokens at a small overage rate. We'll notify you before any overages occur. Most stores stay well within their baseline.
